Bowland Care Services were delighted to attended the Garstang Town Council Awards ceremony last night after being nominated for the Community Business of the Year award. Managing Director Emma Hardcastle was also nominated for the Citizen of the year award. Bowland Care Services were overwhelmed and honoured to Win the Community Business award 2019.
